Michigan Health Choice Alliance (MHCA) believes that all Michigan residents have a basic human right to make health choices on behalf of themselves, their children, and patients without coercion, threat or penalty—particularly by our own government.

What We Protect
We envision a Michigan population that is healthy and free. Physicians and other healthcare providers should be able to make safe, personalized recommendations that are optimal for their patients. In turn, patients should receive true informed consent and have the right to accept or deny treatments offered for themselves or their children.
Furthermore, personal health information, including vaccination status, is private and should remain protected under State and Federal laws. Michigan residents should have the right to decline technologies that may track or record their health, vaccine status movements, and exposure to other potential health risks (e.g., Smart Meters, 5G towers).
